A BIG Thankyou to all of you who have kindly RSVP’d for BAAWA Picnic & Annual Sports 2019. The headcount is 187!
Now, it’s time to have some fun under the Australian sun. And, the weather looks very good on Sunday with a high of 27c at Coogee.
Here is some important info for you –
When – 24 November 2019 from 10:30 AM – 4 PM
Where – Woodman Point, Coogee (See location map below)
Timeline of events
Ø Arrive by 10:30
Ø Children’s Sports from 11:00 – 13:30
Ø Lunch will be served from 13:30 – 14:30
Ø Adult’s Sports from 14:30 – 15:30
Ø Prize giving – 15:30
Ø Pack-up & Close by 16:00 – 16:30
Upon arrival, please report to BAAWA Corner (this will be set up under the big gazebo). Why?
· Please collect your food coupon from BAAWA Corner (if you have paid already).
· If you haven’t pre-purchased your coupon, kindly pay and collect them from BAAWA Corner. Prices are: $10/adult, $5/child. Please bring change.
· You can pay your BAAWA membership fee at BAAWA Corner. If you are not a member yet, you can sign up as well! Membership fee: $25/Family for 1 year. $10/Single for 1 year. Please bring change.
· All BAAWA members are requested to update their membership and collect their membership card from BAAWA corner.
· Any membership related query, please go to the BAAWA corner.
What to bring?
Ø Hat, sunscreen, shoes
Ø Nibbles and drinks for the whole day
Ø Chairs, mats etc.
Ø Sporting gears like footie, soccer, cricket ball & bat etc.
What to remember?
ü Be “responsible” and “reasonable”
ü Please keep an eye on your child(ren) at all time.
ü Please care for the environment and don’t throw rubbish everywhere
ü Help each other and enjoy
