Hope you all are not getting bored , reading the updates regarding MEZBAN .
It’s only a week away from the MEZBAN Day .
Host’s are eagerly waiting to welcome you on the day .
By now, you should have received your complimentary ( but compulsory ) tickets for the MEZBAN .
In addition to the earlier mail , I’m just pointing out few important matters .
Please make sure , you attend as per the TIME printed on your ticket and the Security Staffs will need to view the tickets at the entrance to the Main Hall .
Because of the overwhelming response , we might have to accomodate extra batches in each hourly slots .
So, as soon as you are through with your lunch , please leave the main hall to make the space for accomodating others .
There are ample spaces downstairs and around the main arena to socialise .
Please do park in the designated areas and at your own responsibility.
Kids are allowed to play in the park, but, under the supervision of their parents .
Please , try to keep the area clean ( including the Wash rooms ) and please place your litters in the Bins provided .
Strong Team of SIXTY odd Volunteers will be there at your service .
If needed , always feel free to ask for assistance.

Just an update about the MEZBAN 2019 .Venue : Mills Park Centre ,86 Brixton Street , BeckenhamDate : 30 th September 2019As you all know , we are only a fortnight away from our MEZBAN 2019 .We have already dispatched the complimentary tickets to our ACWA Members .Please collect your tickets from the ACWA members .Like last year , The Valued Guests will need to hold their complimentary tickets and the Securities will be checking the tickets at the entrance to the Main Hall .There will be FOUR hourly sessions , which will start at 1100 hrs ( 1100 hrs to 1200 hrs ,1200 hrs to 1300 hrs ,1300 hrs to 1400 hrs and1400 hrs to 1500 hrs ) .Please make sure , you attend according to the time printed on your ticket .There will be ample parking available ( please park at your own risk and do not leave any valuables in the vehicles ) .Kids can play at the nearby playground ( under the supervision of their respective parents) .ACWA Volunteers will be around and please ask for any assistance, if you need .At the moment , it looks like , we are heading for a Full house for the MEZBAN 2019 .It shows , what a close knit Community we have .Once again, please , make sure , you collect your Complimentary Tickets ( from ACWA members / your ever friendly Chittagonian Hosts )( as number of Guests are limited ) ..We the Chittagonian’s in WA are eagerly waiting to welcome you on the Day .Hearty regardsM S N Shahid RajooOn behalf of the proud members of ACWA
