I, on behalf of BAAWA, extend a very hearty vote of thanks to all community members, buyers, participants and spectators who attended the BAAWA Boishakhi Bazar 2022. Your spontaneous involvements made this event significant.
I must mention our deep sense of appreciation to Sonia Maitreyee owner of Banithani, Sangita Iktiaj owner of Fashion Quotes, Samira Alam owner of Gleemium Fashion, Eashitha Sultana and Ummema Asad owners of Karu Bangla, Jeny Omar owner of Jeny’s Fashion, Sithi Chakraborty owner of Eco-Utopia Décor, Deepa Ghosh owner of Sree collections, Ruhul Islam owner of Ris Abatis and Shewly parvin woner of Stylish Anjoom to make this event attainable. A program of this magnitude is never possible without dedicated involvement of volunteers and all BAAWA EC members, they worked relentlessly. A big ‘Thank you” to BAAWA President Dr M S N Shahid Rajoo, Asst. General Secretary Dr Mohammad Rafiqul Alam, Treasurer Mr Kazi Tanveer Shahid, EC member Mr Mohammad Majedul Islam, Asst. BAAWA Drama and Short Film Festival

Seat occupying child requires ticket
Bengal Arts would be showcasing drama “Bhoddornok”, an adaptation of “Le Bourgeois gentilhomme”. The drama would showcase local talents from the community and it would be directed by Sharmistha Saha and Biswojit Bose.
Social Welfare and Communication team has been working on short film project with Hidden Talents and Mini Philosopher from the community.

We are just a night away from the BAAWA event Boiskhaki Bazar. Please come along with your family and make the day special.

· Masks are required for people aged 8 years and over.
· People (16 years +) are required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccinations when entering the venue either in a digital or paper-based form, along with approved identification ( if required) except who are exempted.
BAAWA volunteer's will be present at the Venue door and will check proof of COVID -19 vaccinations.

· Vendor: Eco-Utopia Decor (Inspiring green living), Products: Rugs, Storage Buskets, Planters, Macrame, Table accessories (table runner, placemats, caster set), Doormats, trivet sets etc.
· Vendor: Sree collections, Products: Fashion Jewelleries and clothing etc.
· Vendor: RISABATIS, Products: Clay Dinnerware set, Clay pottery, clay jewellery, kitchen accessories, Terracotta, women’s item, etc.

Take away food/Iftar will be available for purchase at the venue from 1:00pm. Please bring cash with you.
BAAWA BAAWA Drama and Short Film Festival:
BAAWA Cultural team and Social Welfare and Communication team would be presenting BAAWA Drama and Short Film Festival on 18 June 2022 at Kalamunda Performing Arts Centre. Tickets will be available at BAAWA corner to purchase tomorrow at Boishakhi Bazar.
