It is our great pleasure to announce that we have successfully celebrate “Ekushe February 2019” and International Mother Language Day (IMLD) 2019 on Saturday 23 February 2019 with our community members, honorable Minister Paul Papalia, MLA Yaz Mubarakai and also participants from Nepali and Sri Lankan Communities. Once again we would like to express our heartfelt love and gratitude to the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for our mother language in 1952.

Now we would like to take the opportunity to thanks all the performers and debaters who worked hard and performed so competently throughout the program and ended the program successful. You guys are STAR! Thanks to all co-ordinators who have put their best effort to encourage the children and constructed the performance occurred on the stage. A special thanks to Musarrat Kaisur Siddiqi Oroni and Sharmin Sharah Chobi for being the mentee of two debate groups and prepared our young debaters to conduct such a wonderful and enjoyable debate.  

Thanks to all volunteers for your commitment and to Tasnimul Galib Amit for your technical support and also BAAWA President Sabbir Ahmed and GS Ashiqul Jorder Raj for your all sort of support and also BAAWA EC committee members mainly BAAWA cultural team.

BAAWA cultural team also like to pass the special gratitude onto the audience as you have watched the whole program with great patience and encouraged the participants all through the program and help us to make it as a successful event.
