[perthbashi] Scoot Airlines experience

Dear Brothers and sisters,

Did anybody coming from Bangladesh fly Scoot Airlines? I have the following questions:

1. Do you have to collect your luggage at Singapore and re-check them again?
2. Do you have to have a Singaporean Visa even though you are not getting out of the airport?
3. Is 20kg luggage automatically included with fare?

I am calling Scoot for hours but no reply?
