I am currently renting an apartment in Rivervale. It is a 2 bed room accomodation suitable for couple or students. I was wondering if anyone soon be coming from BD or recently arrived in and looking for an ongoing accommodation with full in house furniture, I am willing to transfer my lease.
Please note that furnitures are to be taken over with a negotiable lump sum value(very cheap rate).
