BD community has always been generous for the right cause like this one. It seems that there is another fund raising initiative apart from BAAWA for the same reason. Is there any link between the two? Is it necessary to raise two separate funds for one and same reason? Thanks.
Let’s put our hands together to fulfil the dying wish of Tumpa! We as a community always stand tall during the times of need and I believe it won’t be an exception this time as well!!!

Dear community members,
I am deeply saddened to share the news that Ms. Sadia Tasnin Kibria (Tumpa), a mother of two and wife ofMohammad Faisal Chowdhury, passed away earlier this afternoon around 3:41 pm at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital. Inna lillahe wa inna ilaihe rajeun.
She was known to many of us as an affectionate mother and a very good friend. May Allah grant her Jannah and give the family the strength to go through this very difficult time.
Losing a young life like this is very upsetting. As a community we have to come together and provide support to the family. Our friends at BDWest has already started to collect funds to pay for the transportation and other expenses for burial in Bangladesh.
