We do appreciate the relentless hard work of a huge team ( Performers, Coordinators , ever supportive family and community members and the BAAWA Team ) .

Yes, I strongly believe, our very own Community Members will be there with wholehearted support , as they always do .

Hope you are doing well and our Muslim members had a wonderful Eid celebration.

The signature and final event of BAAWA calendar year 2018-19 is now just over 2 weeks away! A large number of community members including children at the age of 5 are relentlessly practicing for the last 3 months to present this magical theatrical event of Bangladeshi diaspora on the night of Saturday 31 August. In addition, local artists of Indian, Chinese and Indonesian groups will be performing to give it a true multicultural flavour.

I’m pleased to inform that Hon. Liza Harvey MLA, Leader of the Opposition and Shadow Minister for Public Sector Management; State Development; Jobs and Trade; Federal-State Relations; Citizenship & Multicultural Affairs has kindly accepted our invite to be the Chief Guest of the show along with the Presidents of Indian Society of WA (ISWA), Bengali Association of WA (BAWA) and WA Multicultural Association (WAMA) as Special Guests. The presence of these dignitaries would make the night even more memorable but it won’t be fulfilling unless we have a strong turnout of our own members!

The tickets in the upper floor area are still unsold and I request you to make every effort to come to the show along with your family and friends – just by spending $12 to witness a 3 hrs multicultural extravaganza in a state-of-the-art theatre has to be the deal of the century!
