Perth STAR Music Concert is an initiative of SurTaal an Association of the Rhythmists Inc. This Annual Concert boons the platform for the Perth Music Talents showcasing their music Flair. October 21st concert vows a huge variety of flavor from the sweetness of the Golden times to the extravaganza of the Contemporary tunes.
