Greetings. Hope everyone is doing well with their family and loved one.
I am writing this email in regards to recently announced federal government and WA state government grants for the housing industry.
Total grant is $55k (criterias involved) and discounted land stamp duty which is already published in newspapers, online news portal and sprayed into social media.
The most important part to get the access of grants is the building contract should be signed on 31 December,2020, slab should be down within three months of contract signing date.
It is very important to select a builder who has a good reputation in the building industry with unlimited indemnity insurance capacity.
Only two companies in WA have that amount of strength, fortunately the company I am working for has got that. Because this insurance allows a builder company how many jobs they can do in one time depends upon the insurance limits.
