Greetings to all of you on behalf of the newly elected BAAWA Executive Committee 2017-18.
Being the Premier organisation of Bangladeshi Australians living in Western Australia,BAAWA holds the proud records of 35yrs of uninterrupted community services to the members.
In the past BAAWA had been recognised in the West Australian Parliament as an outstanding association in the community.That was quite inspiring and indeed an honour for BAAWA.
The current executive committee is committed to mainatain a similar standard and level of service if not higher, but also would be working towards wider community integration and active participation of the members in every BAAWA event.
The success of a community event is reflected not only in the quality of the event, but also in the level of engagement of the members in the event.In this regard we believe–there are rooms for improvement for BAAWA.
To start the community integration process, we would like you to become a BAAWA member first.Please update your membership if you are an existing member or if you are not or somehow lost your past membership then become a new member.BAAWA membership is open for each and every member of the community, and it takes only few minutes of your time.

The new committee is yet to sit for its first meeting to finalise the Calendar events.But when it is finalised you will be informed and invited long before the event ,so that you can plan ahead to attend and participate.
