Hi James,
I hope you don’t mind the ‘cold call’ email ahead of meeting in person next Wednesday! I was hoping to ask for some assistance from you ahead of the tickets on-sale event planned for next Thursday at the WACA.
We are currently working with the WACA to get some girls to be part of a photo opportunity with the Women’s Cricket Team next Thursday morning. We want to ensure the girls in the photo are representative of our global tournament, therefore it would be great if you could assist us in securing a few girls of diverse backgrounds to be part of the photo with the team to celebrate 1 year to go.

Amy suggested you would be best to speak with about this, so hopefully it’s not too much of a difficult task!
If you have any questions, please feel free to give me a call.
Kind regards,
Rosie
