Subject: Church Service and Candlelight Vigil for the victims of Sri Lankan Easter Attacks
Good afternoon,
I join with my colleagues at OMI in sharing our deepest regrets for the tragic loss of life this Easter Sunday in Sri Lanka.
Kindly find the attached invitation for the church service and candlelight vigil organised by the Sri Lankan Catholic Association of Western Australia and the Hon Consul of Sri Lanka in Western Australia this Saturday 27 April 2019 at 4.00pm. The memorial event will be held at St Mary’s Cathedral, Perth, to honour and pray for the victims across Sri Lanka, and all those affected by this tragedy. Following the mass, an interfaith memorial service will be held on the Cathedral’s southern courtyard.
This is an open event and you are welcome to share the invitation with your communities.
For further information we ask that please get in touch with the organisers.
Kind regards,
James
