All participants are requested to report Dr. Mohammad Alam (Babu) or Mohammad Bari (Roni) before 10:30 AM so that we can make a timely start. It is very important that you arrive in time and bring the following necessary things with you:
1. Hat
2. Sunscreen
3. Drinks for the whole day
4. Chairs, mats etc.
A prize giving ceremony will be held on the same day where attractive prizes will be handed over to top performing participants of each event. Should you have any queries regarding any of the sporting events please contact me. We hope to see you all on the picnic day.
