Dear Community Members,
BAAWA's biggest outdoor event BANGLAR MELA (BANGLADESH FAIR) is on Sunday 19 April 2020.
This year the event is coming back to its home venue Murdoch Lower Bush Court, Murdoch University. BAAWA EC and CSC is working hard to develop Banglar Mela program with more people, more fun, more stalls, and more variety of food!
In order to celebrate Bengali New Year 1427 colorfully and vigorously we invite you and your children to Express Interest/s in the following categories:
(a) dance;(b) songs (solo, duet & group);(c) recitation;(d) skits, sruti natok (script, performers, directors);(e) dance choreographers;(f) regional special performances;(g) MC (Bengali and English);(h) fashion parade (performers and coordinators);(i) new and interesting ideas (call to discuss);(j) stand-up comedy;(k) story telling.

Note: Everyone is encouraged to send an EOI, however EOI from suitable BAAWA members will be given highest priority. BAAWA Culture would like to request everyone (those who are still not BAAWA member) to become a valuable member of BAAWA.
