We are just a week away from Banglar Mela, the event we all enjoy in the great outdoors with day long cultural activities, festivities, food and various stalls.
Please note a few details so you dont miss out on them.
- Mongol sobhajatra will begin at 10.30 am. Those participating please line up on the left side of the stage. Kazi Tanveer Shahid will lead and guide us on the day
- Children’s dress as you like competition will be held at 11 am. Coordinator would be Suchi Barua. Please report to her at least 10 minutes prior.
- Adult’s handwriting competition will be at 12 pm. BAAWA will provide an A4 paper and a passage to write. Please bring along pen and hard board. Coordinator will be Suchi Barua. Please report to her at least 10 minute prior.
- Children’s art competition will be held at 1 pm. Please bring along colour pencils and hard board. Papers will be provided. Many thanks to Sharif Ahmed for coordinating this.
