As you are aware, BAAWA participated in the NAIDOC Week Celebration 2018 organised by the City of Canning yesterday in BAAWA's continuing effort to build relationships with the entire WA community.
Our heartfelt thanks to the community members who joined the program under the theme Because of her, we can! to pay respect to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women who have played active and significant roles at the community, local, state and national levels.
We hope and confident that our community's participation will increase in future NAIDOC celebrations..
