Dear Community Members ,
Hope you are enjoying the current Holiday season .
Unfortunately, the widespread bushfires are casuing havoc to our wider community .
I would like to share some important updates regarding the forthcoming events .
We initially planned to have the opening matches of the tournament on the 5th January 2020 .
Due to some technical reasons , we have to reschedule these on the 12 of January 2020 , at the same venue ( updates will be emailed by the BAAWA Sports Team very soon ) ( been discussed with the respective participating Teams ) .
Also , as an integral part of the community , we have some social responsibility to do something for the Bushfire sufferers.
We will try to organise a fundraising event ( for the Bushfire Appeal 2019/20 ) on the Day of the Final of this Tournament .
Further details will be emailed soon .
Anyone interested can also contribute to the appeal Fund directly .
As you always do , I would love to see your active participation during the Cricket matches and cheer up our players .
Without your support , nothing will be achievable.
I am very sorry for causing any inconvenience , with the changes of the date .
