Assalamu Alaikum WRWB.
We hope all of you are well by the grace of almighty Allah SWT. Fasting in Ramadan is obligatory for the adult Muslims, and Allah said in the Qur’an:
“O You Who believe! Fasting is prescribed for you as it was prescribed for those before you, that you may attain Taqwa [ God- consciousness]” – Sura Al- Baqarah(2:183). The blessed Month of Ramadan is to start either on 06th or 07th May 2019 based on the moon sighting in Western Australia Insha’Allah. Almighty Allah SWT will give us once again the rare opportunity to witness this most virtuous Month of Ramadan. May Allah SWT also give us more tawfiq to observe and best utilize of every moment of this holy month only for His (SWT) pleasure.
At Al- Falah Masjid following Isha Salah regular TARAWEEH will be held inshallah.
Three Hafiz will lead the prayer this year Insha’Allah. One of the Hafiz will be coming from South Africa on 01 May 2019 to join us. We are very happy to introduce Qari Husain Kazi from South Africa . He has finished his Hifz at 12 in Darul Uloom Zakriyaa. After that he did his Alim course and the 10 Qiraats from the same institute.Currently, he is an IMAM in Auckland Park South Africa and Ustaad at Madressa Mueenul Islaam. The other two Hafiz are well known to our community for a long time. They are Hafiz Saad Padia and Hafiz Tahmid Haque.
