Sabbir vai,
You are right.
I feel it’s better to know from someone you know who is knowledgeable and has a good analytical skill. Please search for Ashraful Hannan Porag, batch-91, CSE. He is principal application architect, Neuclear Team, Florida Power Plant. You can’t stop getting knowledge, you just need to filter those sources.
Thanks.

Subject: [perthbashi] Live update on COVID-19
To Whom It May Concern
====================
This is a daily update from one of my fellow Buetian friend (living in USA) about his wife and himself.. I’m sharing this because there are very important information to fight with this virus.
Update on 14/04:Updates on Sarah Noorjahan (written by my friend Ashraful Hannan Porag)
——————————————The way she used to argue with me, looks like with the same rigor she is fighting against the virus!
Her fever got reduced. She had abdominal pain( which was Infact a lungs inflammation due to infection) which got reduced significantly. The antibiotics – azithromycin is WORKING!
Please do the following things if you are COVID-19 patient:
1) Hot water and tea : She is drinking almost boiling water with different kinds of teas. This is helping. Also 5-8 sources from NewYork, some of whom recovered from COVID-19( and one senior brother from BUET) advised us to try this same procedure. Hot water with zinger and lemons.
2) Hot showers
3) I had the headaches and some symptoms. I slept on my front ( upside down, keeping belly down) and strongly inhaled and inflated my lungs based on a internet advise from pulmonologist. Also remember, bigger portion of your lungs are at your back side, not front. You need to inflate that side of your lungs.
This was difficult in the beginning , but later I started feeling much better. I have a slight tingling sensation at my back ( again from lungs, most likely), feeling lot stronger than yesterday
4) You just can not lie down to your bed! You have to fight. And part of this is to exercise, stretch out and doing these lungs exercise.
5) Any pain in your stomach, back, lower back – be very suspicious. These are all symptoms of lungs infections.
6) This Virus is very active and very hardworking to destroy your lungs. To catch up – you need to be twice hardworking than him!
7) just because you are feeling better in Monday’s does not necessarily means you will continue to be better for the rest of the week.
The algorithm for you to survive is this: this virus has approximately 3 weeks of time to cause damages to you . In these 3 weeks, you need to fight with it . If you can sustain, it will die out after three weeks.
8) The advise of earlier antibiotic meds is the best one. It will start fixing some of the damages that virus had been doing from earlier. So my advice : if you suspect covid-19, start medication earlier.
