We are only one sleep away from the day of first ever MEZBAANI KHANA in WA
( on 21/10/2018 at South Perth Community Centre , Cnr of South Tce & Sandgate St , South Perth ) .
With all of your overwhelming responses & interests, we , the Chittagonian’s in WA are eagerly waiting to host you all .
In addition to the previous mails , I want to share few house keeping matters with you .
They are ——-
* Please , arrive on time as printed on your complimentary tickets and bring in the tickets along with you ( as the Usher / Security might need to go through them ) .
If you have any dispute / difficulties , one of us will be there to assist you.
Please , don’t loose your patience.
*. Parkings are available on-site.
In addition to those , there are also parkings available at some of the surrounding areas as below .
- Parking A: Pilgrim Street, South Perth (adjacent of the big ground, 5 mins walk)
- Parking B: Como Hotel, Soth Tce, South Perth (5 mins walk)
- On Road: limited parking is available on the road around the venue
Please , park into these places at your own risk .
Please, take note , the on-site parkings are available for ONE HOUR only ( duration as per your time slot on your tickets ) .
Please , vacate the on-site parking soon , to allow the incoming guests of the subsequent slots .
* Please , attend to the needs of your / our own kids , so that , they don’t feel left out of the event .
* Lunch will be served from four individual serving stations and we will appreciate, if you follow the que .
Please , Don’t hesitate to refill your plate , if you like the meal .
Main course ( BEEF ) can be a bit spicey / hot , otherwise , you won’t get the flavour of real MEZBAANI KHANA .

* NO FOODS will be allowed outside the main hall ( at the Foyer ) .
Help us to put your used plates and utensils in the bin’s provided .
* Like most of the Public places , Smoking is not allowed in and around the facility.
* If you arrive late ( for your allocated time slot ) , please , we expect you to wait patiently, until we can arrange the table for you .
* Incase of any medical needs , we will have a First Aid team on site.
* We, the Hosts will be there all the time .
If you need any assistance, don’t hesitate to ask for it .
We want you to enjoy event , and , we can’t do that without your co-operations.
Please, abide by the rules , which will help us a great deal to run the day smoothly and efficiently.
Hope you enjoy the day and turn it into a memorable one .
Your happy & satisfied faces will bring in the joy to the heart of Chittagonian’s in WA .
Once again, we are extremely disappointed that , this time, we could not accomodate each an every Bangladeshi’s in WA .
We will make sure , it should not happen again .
