Dear Community members,
We are going to celebrate International Mothers Language Day (Ekushe February) on Saturday the 23rd of February 2019 at Cockburn Youth Centre at 6:30 pm. On behalf of BAAWA I would like to invite you to come and join with us to celebrate the day with Honourable Minister Paul Papalia, Minister for Tourism; Racing and Gaming; Small Business; Defence Issues; Citizenship and Multicultural Interests and also Yaz Mubarakai MLA, Jandacot. BAAWA will show the admiration and love with lay flowers to the Shaheed Minar (Martyrs Monument) out of respect to the martyrs proceed along with a multicultural performance and a debate program demonstrated by our talented young generation. A replica of Shaheed Minar will be positioned inside the auditorium near the stage.
Dress code: Not obligatory however, should possible Black or/and white.
Note: Please bring your own flower should you wish to place flowers to the Shaheed Minar.
